MLK Challenge

“Everybody can be great. Because anybody can serve.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.

Mosaic Templars Cultural Center is challenging YOU to honor Dr. Martin Luther King on January 21, 2019, through participation in a day of service.

Kids and teens ages 12-18 are encouraged to sign up via the form below and participate in this half day of service at a local organization. Volunteers will be divided into service groups, each with a group leader, and transported from MTCC to service sites. Volunteer duties will vary by site. Activities start at 8:30 a.m. at MTCC, and volunteers will return for lunch and discussion, to be completed by 3 p.m.

For more information, please contact the MTCC education staff at (501) 683-3592.

Please note that some service sites may require physical or outdoor labor and there is a strong possibility participants will get dirty. All participants are advised to wear casual and comfortable attire that is appropriate for doing manual work or getting dirty (e.g., jeans, tennis shoes, t-shirts).

Thank you to all of our volunteers! Registration for MLK Challenge 2019 is FULL!
