Join the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center at the UA-PTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Institute for a night of pie crust discovery! In this hands-on class students will learn the basics of pie crust making. For more advanced students, practice skills just in time for the holidays.

All registrants must be 13 years or older. All registrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who is also registered in the class.

All students are encouraged to register for the "Say it Ain't Says" Sweet Potato Pie Contest. The contest is part of the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center's annual event, Holiday Open House, which will be held on Sunday, December 8, from 2-5 PM, at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center. This free event celebrates the holiday season and features family friendly activities including crafts for kids, entertainment from local performers, the unveiling of our Black Crafted Juniors program, and our “Say It Ain’t Say’s" Sweet Potato Pie Baking Competition. Admission is free, but we ask all attendees to bring a new, unopened toy to donate to the Stop the Violence toy drive. Community Education Policies

UA-PTC Community Education Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the class date. Cancellations occurring within 7 days of the class date will only receive a refund if the class spot can be sold.

Community Education Class Enrollment Minimum Policy: In order to use teaching resources to their fullest, a Class Enrollment Minimum Policy is used to ensure that courses offered have a minimum number of enrolled students. In the event that a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, all registrants will receive a full refund.
